Shipping
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to almost all countries. Shipping costs €7.90, and orders over €200 qualify for free shipping.
All our products are made-to-order and require 3–7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- European countries: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Please note: These timeframes refer to business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
We work with reliable international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely.
Yes! All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
In rare cases, tracking updates may take up to 5 days to appear. Please be patient—your package is on its way!
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your details.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order. In this case, refunds will not be issued.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
- This happens when products are made in different facilities.
- If one item is ready earlier than others, we will ship it first to speed up delivery.
- Don't worry—if you receive part of your order first, the rest will arrive in separate shipments.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" in the tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
- We cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
- We encourage customers to take precautions against theft by using a secure delivery location. If your package was left in a mailbox or at your front door, please ensure that it is collected promptly.
- If you believe your package is lost, contact your local postal service or the carrier to check if it is being held for pickup.
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or a defective product, contact us immediately.
- We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement at no cost or offer a refund.
Due to high demand for certain products, delivery times may sometimes be longer than expected, up to 35 business days.
- If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, contact us for assistance.
- In such cases, we will review the situation and offer a full refund if necessary.
Important:
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Missed deliveries due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick it up will not be refunded.
Products
Yes! Our products are custom-made and can be personalized according to your preferences.
- Personalization options: You can add names, custom text, or choose from different design variations, depending on the product.
- Important: Please double-check your personalization details (spelling, colors, format) before placing the order.
- Change requests: If you need to modify the personalization, contact us within 8 hours after placing your order. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.
If you realize you've made a mistake (wrong name, color, or other details), please reach out to us immediately.
- Changes are only possible within 8 hours after ordering.
- After this period, the design has already been processed, and we cannot modify or refund the order.
Since all our products are made to order and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
- Damaged or incorrect products: If your item arrives damaged, with a defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Proof required: We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assess the issue.
- Resolution: Depending on the case, we will either offer a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.
We strive to present the colors of our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations in shades may occur.
Our products are woven from cotton yarn, crafted from specially spun fibers that create an exceptionally strong and smooth fabric. The weaving process incorporates a combination of red, blue, green, gold, white, and black yarns, blended in different proportions. This intricate technique results in a beautifully textured design, making each product unique and visually striking.
Additionally, your device’s screen settings (brightness, contrast, and color profile) may affect how colors appear. For this reason, slight differences between the screen display and the actual product are possible.
These variations are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Our products are made from 100% natural cotton yarn, which is soft, durable, and designed for long-lasting use.
To maintain their quality, it is important to follow the specific care instructions for each product. For woven blankets, we recommend:
🧺 Machine wash: cold water (max 30°C or 90°F), gentle cycle, mild detergent.
🌬️ Tumble dry: low heat.
Following these guidelines will help prevent shrinkage, fading, or damage, ensuring that your product stays in excellent condition for years to come.
